The Mustang Challenge by Ford Performance is a new 10-round racing series sanctioned by IMSA set to begin in the summer of 2024. The series will host a full field of Mustang Dark Horse R racecars competing at some of the most iconic tracks in North America, including Mid-Ohio, Watkins Glen, Road America, COTA and a season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
In its inaugural season, McCumbee McAleer Racing (MMR) is poised to hit the ground running. With their experience fielding a Ford Mustang in the IMSA Pilot Challenge since 2023, MMR has the experience and confidence needed to become a force to be reckoned with in this new and exciting series right out of the gate.
