About the Mustang Cup Series

The Mustang Cup Series, operated by USAC, debuted in 2025 as an entry-level racing platform designed to bridge the gap between Ford Racing Driving Experiences and the Mustang Challenge.

The series offers a professionally organized club-level environment for novice and hobby racers to develop the fundamentals of competitive racing during USAC-operated race weekends.

Each race weekend features:

  • Three 30-minute practice sessions

  • Two 15-minute qualifying sessions

  • Two 40-minute races

The championship structure includes two titles: the Miles Cup and the Parnelli Cup, allowing two drivers to share a single car during an event weekend.
